The history of independent publishing is one linked closely to the Outlaw spirit. Since it's invention print itself has allowed for the widespread decimation of ideas from the fringes. In more modern times the rise of an outlaw press played a pivitol role in the counter cultural revolutions of the 1960 and 70s. Publications like Oz magazine among others used their pages to push the limits of conventional society and touch on the truth.
It is in this spirit that we announce that the next issue of Gypsé Eyes will center around the theme of the Outlaw. Though this theme is something we'd like to think has been inherent in all of our issues we are especially excited to investigate it in gritty detail.
